To secure your booking, a 50% service booking fee is mandatory. This fee will be deducted from your total balance and is non-refundable. In the rare event that your appointment needs to be canceled by me, a full refund will be provided through the original payment method. The full service amount will not be charged upon booking; the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. All appointments require approval & will not be approved until all applicable intake forms are completed.

Prepaid cards are not accepted.
